We offer both on-site and remote support services for automated processes. The support given is expert, accessible and flexible.

Remote support can be available on a 24/7 basis or as required, in line with business requirements. All our automated processes can be monitored remotely and we offer

  • Remote Fault Finding
  • Remote Programming
  • Remote Commissioning
  • Remote Management

On-site support can be offered on an ad-hoc basis or it can be made available on a 24/7 basis, subject to a Maintenance Contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Calibration Contracts are also offered and we have certified calibration units available to calibrate all the instrumentation required for the automated process. Calibration can be done on-site as required and calibrations are typically done on an annual or bi-annual basis, although a more frequent service is available on request.
